About

Sue started Leading Talent Consulting in May 2012 after working at various companies such as Deloitte, Dimension Data and Business Systems Group for 18 years. Her work has spanned the areas of Organisational Development, Change Management, Strategy, Human Resources Management, Talent Management and Learning & Development.

Sue has worked for over 40 clients since starting Leading Talent Consulting, gaining exposure to many different industries and ways of working. She loves learning about new businesses, helping to resolve people related issues and finding new ways of doing things to bring about success for the people and businesses.

Sue is a Life and Executive Coach and also the author of the children’s book Mary and Mac go to Rome.

 

Sue has a Bachelor of Arts from Nelson Mandela University in South Africa and a Bachelor of Psychology Honours from Murdoch University in Australia.

She completed the PRINCE2 Foundation exam in 2010, a certification in Executive Coaching in 2016, Teaching English as a Foreign Language Level 5 in 2020 and Life Coaching in 2025.

She is registered with Coaches and Mentors of South Africa.
